DMV FOR THE WIN!

Seriously!

Facing the absent-mindedness that has befallen me with all the craziness which is the end of the year, I failed to renew my registration by (what I thought) would have been the last possible day. I was certain that between holidays, weather, and all that is going on int his world, that I would not have the 2017 stickers on my plates by the end of this month.

But low, and behold, another Christmas mericale! Today, on New Year’s Eve, the last day of the month and year, in my mailbox I found my registration and stickers.

I for one do not need to grasp for reasons to be thankful this year. I have been blessed with another child added to our growing brood. I received a promotion to manager in an amazing department, with an amazing team. I have been given so much time to spend with family, much more than the years before. This time made me see how awesome my entire family is becoming. Yes, there has been some rough things this year. Some losses that are deep, and will take time to move though. But if the DMV can get me my stickers on time… Then 2017 has all the makings of Awesomess that any could hope for.
