It is based on the adventure of this brine that I am using (which does not count for this), I have discussed with my beloved and we are setting ourselves a challenge for this new year. No not a resolution, or anything like that. Merely a challenge.

@minorinspirations and I will be attempting 15 NEW recipes each through the course of this year. Hers will be coming out of the Julia Child’s Cookbook, and mine will be grilled meat based. The entire meal will be planned and prepared… And we will be reviewing (maybe with pictures) each other’s meals.

This should be fun!!!
