Today marks the day that I was promoted from manager to director. I am so happy that this promotion keeps me with the amazing team that I have been managing for the last year. As the day ended one of my analyists handed me a gift bag, saying congrats on the promotion. What a way to cap off a day!

Such a thoughtful, and fantastic gift. I am going to be hard pressed NOT to open this until game night tomorrow. Regardless, to new beginnings, challenges, and the road that is ahead. (at Chesterfield County, Virginia)
