As many of you know I really wanted to go to the Dad 2.0Summit in San Francisco. I was alsounable to make it due to forces well out of my control. I was really looking forward to meeting someof the amazing Dad Bloggers that I have been following for some time, as wellas meeting some pretty awesome sponsors.
Well, the Dad 2.0 2016 Summit is being held in DC. Living in RVA which is between 1 ½ to 6 hoursaway from there (seriously… traffic is crazy sometimes), I have NO excuse notto try to attend. So, after a briefdiscussion with my beloved…
I have purchased my ticket to attend the Dad 2.0 2016Summit!!!! I am going guys, I am really going! There is a presale going on nowuntil the 28th for those other dads out there that may be ‘thinking’about it. My advice… stop thinking andget your tickets while you can.
For now, I must quell my excitement… and get back towork. More to come! Also, my nextinstallment of “What does it mean to be a dad” is posting this afternoon (forthose of you that are interested).

I seemed to have forgotten to put in the cost… *sigh* (excitement+work=forgetfulness?). Thank you Neurotic Dad for asking. I paid $133.22 out the door. I reacall the tickets being over $200 (I think) after the presale last year, and they sold out earlier than I thought they would. So now is the time to buy… if you can.
